sending PM's

I know someone else already posted about not being able to delete PM's. I found out today I can't even send a new PM. I tried twice and got error messages both times.

Please admins, do you think it would be possible to fix this without causing any new problems?

OK, someone sent me a PM with this tip, and it worked, so I'm reporting it here. I've always had the checkbox checked to append my signature to my PM messages. But someone suggested I uncheck that box, and it worked. So even though I'd rather have that box checked, at least this is a solution for anyone else who gets error messages when sending PM's.

i don't have that box checked but it doesn't work either.. I experienced it just today (26th). At the weekend everything was ok yet.
